Forged steel gate valve

HW forged steel gate valves are designed and manufactured in accordance with API 602, ISO 15761, ASME B16.34 and pressure tested in accordance with API 598. The forged steel gate valve series is available in three bonnet designs: bolted bonnet, welded bonnet and pressure self-sealing bonnet. It can meet the design of ultra-low temperature forged steel gate valve and low leakage design.

1. The product design and manufacture according to API standards, reliable sealing, excellent performance, can be used with imported equipment.
Above 2.600Lb gate plate and valve seat seal is made of stellite cobalt-based carbide overlay welding, wear-resistant, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good scratch resistance and long service life
3. The valve stem is tempered and surface nitrided, and has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.
4. It adopts wedge elastic gate structure, and sets rolling bearings with medium and large diameter, which is easy to open and close.
5. The valve body material is complete, and the packing and gasket are reasonably selected according to the actual working conditions or user requirements, which can be applied to various pressure, temperature and medium working conditions.
6. 1500LB, 2500LB middle cavity adopts pressure self-tightening sealing structure. The sealing performance increases with the increase of internal pressure, and the reliability is high.
7. The inverted seal is made of stainless steel threaded connection sealing seat or body overlay welding austenitic stainless steel, the inverted seal is reliable, and the packing replacement and maintenance can be carried out without stopping, which is convenient and fast and does not affect the operation of the system.
