Composite exhaust valve is used in pump outlet or water distribution system pipeline, used to eliminate the air accumulated in the pipeline, so as to improve the efficiency of the pipeline and pump, when the pipe once negative pressure is generated, the valve quickly sucks in the outside air to prevent the pipeline from being damaged by negative pressure. When the pipeline begins to fill with water, the valve disc is in the open position, a large amount of exhaust, when the air plays when the valve is filled with water, the float rises and drives the valve disc to close, stop the exhaust, when the water in the pipe is normally transported, if a small amount of air collects in the valve to a considerable extent, the water level in the valve drops, and the air is discharged by the small hole. When the water pump stops, the water flow in the pipe is empty or the pressure is generated in the pipe, at this time, the plug head is quickly opened, the air is inhaled, the negative pressure in the pipeline is balanced, the vacuum of the pipeline is prevented, and the safety of the pipeline is ensured.
Product design features
The composite exhaust valve has reliable performance, which can
discharge a large amount of air in the pipeline and a small amount of gas in
the operation of the system to the outside air at high speed. Easy to service, the
composite vent valve can be easily removed from the system for maintenance, and
the water in the system does not flow out, so the system does not have to be
drained. Only exhaust, no drainage, steam and water separation plate design
adopts a special structure to ensure that there will be no drainage during
exhaust. As long as the system is pressurized, the compound exhaust valve will
be continuously exhausted.
